REGNIFY Software Solutions Limited (“REGNIFY”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”), recognizes your privacy rights as guaranteed under the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, The Nigerian Data Protection Regulation 2019 issued by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and the privacy provisions in other relevant laws applicable to our business in Nigeria. 

We value compliance with the law and openness, thus it's vital to us that your Personal Data is handled, processed, and protected in line with the relevant legal requirements. We may process your Personal Data as part of our operations and your interactions with third parties and us via our Platforms (including, but not limited to, our websites, mobile applications (App), digital platforms, including physical operations/offices, among others). We may also process your information if we determine, in our sole discretion, that doing so is necessary to: comply with laws and judicial or regulatory orders; conduct investigations; manage risks that are currently or potentially present; prevent fraud, crime, or financial loss; or promote public safety. We may also process your information if you report suspected illegal activity or if we are looking into a possible violation of our terms and conditions.
